Soul Season - A Journey Within
An invitation to slow down and go inwards
Saturday 08 and Sunday 09 of November — Alcobaça - Portugal
This November, as the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, join us for a retreat to welcome the
quiet soul season.
We’ll slow down, nourish our bodies and hearts, and prepare our inner world for the winter ahead. Through sacred ancestral medicines, gentle movement, nourishing food, and deep rest, you’ll have space to turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and carry warmth and clarity into the colder months.
Our offering

Sacred Medicine Ceremony:
An Inward journey
For centuries, sacred earth medicines have been used by the ancestral peoples of Latin America as a path to expanded awareness and soul healing.
In this ceremony, we create a safe and loving space where silence, medicine music, and mutual care accompany us on a deep journey into our inner world.
Guided by this natural intelligence, we access memories, emotions, and visions that invite us to understand, release,
and transform.
This experience is for those who feel the call to look within, surrender to the mystery, and open themselves to profound heart-centered healing.

Thai Massage Experience:
An Embodied Integration
The day after the ceremony, we gather for an embodied integration experience through Traditional Therapeutic Thai Massage. In a safe and guided space, participants will both give and receive this ancient practice, using mindful touch, assisted stretches, and gentle pressure to release tension and restore flow. This shared exchange not only supports the body in grounding and integrating the journey, but also nurtures connection, trust, and presence with one another.
Thai Massage is rooted in Buddhist traditions, often considered both a physical and spiritual healing practice. It’s seen as a meditative practice where both giver and receiver cultivate presence, compassion, and deep relaxation.

Before joining the retreat, all participants must complete a health history form so we can individually assess whether participation is safe. This step is essential to ensure a contained, respectful experience aligned with your personal process.
Is this retreat safe for everyone?
Not everyone is ready or suitable for a Sacred Medicine experience. This is why we require a health form to assess your medical and psychological history before confirming your participation. People with certain mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia) or who are taking certain medications (like SSRI antidepressants) may undergo on specific protocols prior to the retreat.
What is the preparation process like?
Participation in a group preparation call is required, and we recommend personal reflection practices (such as journaling, meditation, and dietary adjustments) in the days leading up to the retreat. You will receive a guide to help prepare your body and mind to experience the journey with presence and openness.
What happens during the Sacred Medicine Ceremony?
The Sacred Medicine ceremony takes place in a safe, therapeutic setting. The experience includes music, moments of silence, guided reflections, or gentle movement. Facilitators will be present throughout the entire process to provide containment, emotional support, and integration.
Can I attend alone?
Yes. Many people come without knowing anyone and leave with a deep sense of community and connection. We create a safe and respectful space where everyone is welcome.
Is it mandatory to take the medicine?
No. Your participation is always voluntary. If you feel called to join for the experience, the learning, or the community, but decide not to take the Sacred Medicine, you are still welcome.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a notebook, personal items for resting, and any object that helps you feel grounded (such as an amulet or a photo). A full packing list will be sent after your registration.
Can I participate if I have a chronic or autoimmune condition, going through menopause, or undergoing hormone therapy?
Every body is unique, and we deeply honor the different stages and conditions you may be experiencing. In general, chronic or autoimmune conditions are not a direct contraindication for ceremonial Sacred Medicine use, but it is very important to disclose them in your health form.
During the preliminary evaluation, we will consider your individual case to ensure you can have a safe and supported experience. In the case of menopause or hormonal treatments, many people find these ceremonies offer deep reconnection with their bodies and emotions, though they may be experienced with greater emotional or physical intensity.
We are trained to accompany these processes with sensitivity, and we will provide specific preparation guidelines if necessary. If you have doubts, you can write to us directly before registering.
What kind of support is offered during and after the retreat?
During the retreat, facilitators are present at all times. After the ceremony, we hold an integration circle and offer optional individual integration sessions for those who wish to go deeper.
If you have questions or doubts, please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email so we can guide you.
